good Heron Pond to Bexley and back 13.3 mi 01:10 11.4mph pace

40 minutes up and 30 minutes down. The distance does not really qualify for a break, but after such a long break I needed a goal, so coffee at Starbucks it was.

  9. VELO
great Heron Pond to Picktown-ish on... 16 mi 01:05 14.8mph pace

Only short 5 minute break to drink more water. This trail does not go up and down so much, so my average speed is a little better than going into Bexley.
    Great weather for a ride.

  10. VELO

good The usual, Heron Pond parking... 14 mi 01:05 12.9mph pace

I am not doing myself any favors by only riding once a week or less. I also forgot the last couple of times to change from km to miles, so my average speed looked a lot better than it actually was.
