alright Here it is Day 100 2 mi 00:19 09:37 pace

One third of the streak is done. My reflection on it so far - It has not been too awfully bad. There have been some ugly days. A sick day with serious pain, jet-lag days, sleep deprivation days, a couple of days where I really didn't want to run and of course the barefoot running day which resulted into several days of blistered feet. Did I mention the hangover days, yes even those. At the moment I have joint pains bothering me and I'm taking Naproxen every day trying to get rid of the inflammation hip, knees, fingers and shoulder. This is something I have had before the streak so I don't think the running has much to do with it - but it hurts especially the hip.
Running every day is part of my daily routine now except my legs don't seem to think so. They feel tight every day. I'm just now starting to understand that this streak is not as easy as I thought. I'll keep on trotting along and hope I will make it. I'm considering not to keep time for the next 100 days. That silly Garmin is like an addiction and makes me push to hard at times. Especially in the heat. 100 days of comfortable running and then my HM training will start.
A big thank you to my boyfriend Robert who just got up and started running my streak with me. I just can't believe he is a minute faster than me now and runs in funny looking toe shoes.

WOO HOO! You made it 1/3 of the way there! You are such an inspiration! And what an awesome boyfriend for joining you for support! Men are always faster than women, they are just built that way so dont beat yourself up for it...but it doesnt hurt to snicker at the toe shoes though! :)

Way to go, Bine!!! You're an inspiration. It was just like yesterday when you said you're going to do the streak and now triple digit!!! Take it easy and have some easy/slow runs here and there. You can do it and your son would be very proud of you! Go Bine Go!!!

AWESOME JOB getting it done! You are gonna be inspiration to many who think about starting a streak. In your blog you shared the good, the bad, and the ugly which I think is great. Keep on RUNNING but remember to treat yourself on occasion :)
