      Good sessions this week. It's good to do gym to build up strength. If you want to run, can you not go for a run it seems like the path of least resistance? Or are you recovering / on a strict training programme? Sorry, just curious.

      Run really early or late in the day. You will acclimate after about three weeks.

      Pretty much hydrate, and if possible run in the mornings because even late in the evening it stays in the upper 80s (at least in San Antonio)!
