      I get the same problem with my PF on my left foot. I use an arch wrap. It's reusable. It's like $5 on Amazon. Works well. I even use it during runs.

    Paced my buddy the first few miles and then took it easy afterward. That was an extremely competitive race with lots of PR's with the perfect running conditions. I may run that bad boy next year too.
