In 2 weeks I'm running my first 5K race and I wanted to do it in under 30mins. Might have to readjust my goal! I think I walked about 5 times in this "run". Felt horrible!!

    Some days are just like that but, you are definitely not defined by one run. I agree with Sang - don't let it get you down. Race day will be an entirely different run altogether!
