Felt good, was in the 80's but not much humidity, forgot my ipod but realized I didn't miss it too much after the 1st mile. On vacation all week so going to get some running, biking and possibly swimming in this week. Splits were: 9:46, 9:59, 9:50, 9:50, 9:29, 9:16. Looks like if I throw out the first mile it was a nice progression run. Lol!
