Reese being the ultimate coach who mandates we exercise everyday like it or not woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed ready for a run this morning. It was cool enough that even with the humidity I thought she could go. So after a half a cup of coffee and a bit of stumbling around we headed out for a run. Wow, finally with her help pacing me looks like finally a progression run - and in the right direction too! Nice morning no one else out there, a little humidity but not bad. Splits were: 10:06, 10:03, 9:39, 9:38. Yes we came in just under the wire, but we did it! Happy Thursday everyone!
