Today was my first day of official marathon training for fall. It was a cross training day so we walked. Did 1 this morning and 2 tonight. It was hot and Reese was ready to play in the hose when we got home. I also did laundry, cut up carpet (don't ask), and had a fight with the handheld stair vaccuum. Now I am relaxing with my 16 oz and ice cream with homemade hot fudge sauce. Yeah like I said my new fueling techniques are paying off - just kidding!
