So you may have noticed the morning workouts have been missing the last two mornings. After 5 hours of sleep on Sunday night and an early run I went to bed early Monday as planned, however sleep did not go well until about 4 am for a variety of reasons I won't go into. So... I knew that run wasnt going to happen. Tried for one last night but was still tired and had Reese's vet appt for her vacs and after that we called it a night as thunder storms were looming. Reese is thunder phobic so I knew it was going to be night 2 of sleep deprevation. We didn't even try this morning I am going out for a run tonight so look for my update then. Hope to get back into the morning routine tomorrow.
