good Cabin Fever Run 4.51 mi

I am feeling better (not 100%, but getting there) and felt like for every day that I'm stuck in the house, any future finish lines get further and further away. I was feeling like I may never run again. So, I knew I was feeling better when I was at the bus stop with my daughter, looking at the few inches of snow on the ground and said to myself, 'Oh, I can't wait to run today!' So, after that, I got ready, put on some sun block (I'm really trying to remember to put sun block on each time I run--I love the sun and tanning, but I'm light and afraid that all this sun may be detrimental in the future.) I had a great run. My stomach behaved and my legs were happy to be moving. It was slow going on the snowy sidewalks, but it was a fun challenge. At one point I started running in another runner's footprints. (He/She has a longer stride--faster and/or taller than me!--I must have looked funny 'prancing' in the other steps.) It was just so nice to be out, feeling good, seeing the new snow covering everything (We only got a few inches--so this is when I like snow...more than that, I don't like!) --It was just a beautiful morning to be out and I appreciated that I had the time and ability to be out in it. (Whew, long post for a short run!)
