    This was a short, (relatively) fast, and hilly run. I followed it up with strides on the cricket field, then stretching and Maggie's abs. It was a gorgeous day today!

    I did a mile warm-up and then a kettlebell workout that I got from a magazine. It was good! At the Y there are 15, 25, and 35 lb. kettlebells. 20's would have been ideal.

    I played 3 games of racquetball. I'm getting better! After dinner tonight I'm going to get basketball shoes or similar. Running shoes don't quite cut it on the court.

    I swam at Flora Pool for about 45 minutes. I have no idea about the distance. It was so fun! This was my first time going to a public pool in Dubuque. I love swimming outdoors :-)
