    I had planned to do 3.5 miles, but I cut it short due to foot pain from my blister. It sounds lame I know, but it was bad enough to affect my gait and cause pain elsewhere in my feet.

    I was supposed to cross-train for an hour, but I didn't want to bike in the rain. I chose to walk instead and played with the incline to keep it interesting. My foot has been hurting me lately.
