      Yes, there are some meet opportunities, but I'll miss them all. :-( Maybe I can find some later in the summer. The club only runs through the first week of July. It's more like a camp, really.

    I ran this with Steve and Lynn. 3 sets of 150 m - 30 sec - 150 m - 2 min. It was great! The 150's were all around 23-26 seconds (wide range, but it was windy). Then we ended with hurdle drills.
