    I have no idea where we started. We finished in Rotterdam CS and it was about 2 hours. Nice ride. A bit windy. I feel it in my bum today :)

    My shins and knee were really sore. I'm not sure if I should have kept running through it, but I did about 20 minutes of stretching afterward and will take an anti-inflammatory as a precaution...

    No matter how much I want to, I cannot manage to run in the morning. I feel tired, heavy, exhausted... Cut my run in half and will run tonight when it's cool and dark :(
