      That's too bad, I ignored an achilles injury when I was younger and have paid for it ever since. I suggest massaging those calves and hammies to get the tightness out. Good luck.

    So much harder to run at 5 am rather than 9 - creaky and stiff, I felt like Frankenstein running for the first mile.
