    good Arms, Back and Chest

    Did chest presses, curls, tri's and a bunch of other goodies. Hurts a bit today but worth it in the end.

    Did a 1.5 hour leg workout today. Squats, stairs, machines, workout balls you name it and I did it.

    Did 3 sets of 8 machines of the fit fix program. Haven't done weights in a while and it showed. :)

    Did some speed work on the TM for 25 minutes. Felt good to get back to running after last weekend!

    Ran my very first 10k race. Felt great and I'm so glad that I did it. A little more training would have helped for sure. My goal was not to walk at all and run the whole race and I succeeded!

    My friend and I were the only two people to show up for tonights yoga class. Felt great to have a 1:2 class.

    Did a 6 minute pop pilates squat challenge that was SO tough I almost fell over. 6 minutes of straight squats felt like forever followed by a 4 minute addominal video with some stretching inbetween.

    One hour yoga workout. Lots of forward bends so I felt it the next day in my upper back. Felt great!

    Didn't want to go to the gym today but forced myself. Was going to stop at 3.1mi but pushed for the full 4mi. Glad I did.

    Went to a 1.5 hour yoga class after work and came home to dinner made by the hubby. Great Tuesday!

    Did 2 mins walk/2 mins run on the TM for 5k. Felt heavy and floppy but managed to finish.

  13. Planning on an early morning work out at the gym tomorrow morning. Hoping I can make it. Mornings are my nemesis.

  14. #dailymission is to run without using my brain, without keeping stats and just running naturally.

    Decided to run for 45 minutes and see what happened. Felt good throughout.

    Went to a new yoga centre that was absolutely fantastic. Still new so there were only 3 students in our one hour class.

    Ran on the TM tonight. Took a bit of time to get settled into a reasonable pace but once I found it everything worked out.

    First outdoor run of the year. It was a beautiful run by the water with my DH. Felt really slow and like a bag of sand but I did it.
