I went for a nice 60 degree run at 10pm last night. Not gonna be long before we step outside, in either the late evening or early morning, and say "Ahhh, only 90 degrees. I'd better take advantage of this and fit in a run!"

Great stuff Sean. I just signed up for Strava and picked up 3rd on some section in San Francisco from when I was out there last week. I can now see how this could be addictive.

Nice one Sean - congrats on Chuy's - perfect day for a race. That first mile in the 5K pretty much defines the race doesn't it? Just too short a distance to overcome a slower start. You still a tremendous time. Nice job.
