    I felt like I was thrashing but I finally did some butterfly and made it to 3000 yards. I'll take it. Bonus: my lane partner motivated me not to quit (unbeknownst to her).

    Today I finally returned to the pool after quite a hiatus. I also decided to return to Daily Mile after several years! Today's swim felt really good. Hooray for muscle memory!

    I ran 8 x 400 at 5K pace, but actually ran faster than my 5K pace. Times ranged from 1:46-1:54. Felt very strong.

    After a four mile run, I did a yoga class! Great way to stretch after running. The run I did before was also a nice warm up for yoga class.
