    Good time with Nate.
    Coming back in the dark, I cut corner to tight on the wood bridge resulting in major wipeout. Ego & bike more hurt than my body.

      Assuming I'm able to stick to it... A lot happening tween now and 9/16 trip to SFO.

      There is a duathalon 10/27 @Blankets; 6m bike, 3m run, 6m bike. I may aim for this as a short term goal.
