    Morning run. I would have done more if I had time! working on adding more steps and reducing my stride for a better run!

  6. Any recommendations on a good not too expensive watch that will keep my stats? I want to be able to keep track of distance, speed, time, and maybe calories and heart rate.

    Shin pain from the test shoes had me walking instead of running. Took the shoes back and got a much better paid. Going to rest the shins and start out again on Friday.

    Power Yoga! Other than the push ups and planks I really enjoyed this work out. I was able to do the whole class and really felt awesome afterwards.

    I did the actual Birkham yoga this time around, much better than power yoga in a heated room! Note to self.. don't wear a cotton tee-shirt next time..
