I finished my first 5k then took a break from running, now I am back and training for a 10k. I am hoping to run some 5k races along the way.

Any recommendations on a good not too expensive watch that will keep my stats? I want to be able to keep track of distance, speed, time, and maybe calories and heart rate.

Power Yoga! Other than the push ups and planks I really enjoyed this work out. I was able to do the whole class and really felt awesome afterwards.
