Pretty good run, solo, 8am, start at low 70s, finished high 70s/low 80s. Really nice in the start for cooler temps. First half a bit faster then 2nd, muscles really tightened up last 3 miles - to be expected. got heartburn at the end, not sure what that's about (from the gummy chews?), but did not like.
