Really need to get a nike thing to measure time/distance. Was really feeling it this run, not sure if it is because of new hills and this was the third time doing the run this week, but legs were very heavy. However, definitely pushed through up them and had the slow and steady mentality, didn't walk at all. Proud of myself for feeling strong enough to keep going. Definitely in shape now, such a great feeling!
