It was 80 degrees with high humidity. The run felt horrible but it was the best workout I have done post-surgery. Finished 4 miles in 23:07. Splits were 5:34, 5:43, 5:55, and 5:54. I couldn't stay on pace due to the heat but I managed to keep my rhythm and not fall off too much.
