This was my third Beach to Beacon. I can't remember my first to times. I think this one is higher than the other two. I was running with my Ipod Nike +, and it told me that I ran 7miles haha but the time was correct.
I walked for maybe a mile total, my calves were getting really tight so i ended up walking more than I thought i would have.
I tend to get caught in the crowd, and run with them, but as a group it was a fast pace.
I was trying to get in my running zone like i was by myself, but that didn't last to long.
I enjoy this race, and I hope I get in next year, and hope to decrese my time :)


Great job kiddo, I had fun running w/ you! We need to train for those hills!
