Today was my birthday!
I spent it at my two favorite places; the gym and the pool :)
I did trouble zones with 10's and added in one extra move. a curty lunge with bicep curl.
I did inner outer theigh 2sets of 20 at 40lb each way
Leg press 60,80,100 1 set of 20
Leg extention /leg curl 50 2 sets of 12
back extension with 10lbs 2 sets of 12
side extention 2 sets of 12 each way with 15lbs
I began with abs today. thought i would try something new. I ended up having the most energy for the abs, so i was able to do 2 sets of everything, and still had energy to complete my workout.
50 x 2sets diagonal crunches with 10lbs
50 x 2 sets squirms
30 x 2 each leg opposite hand toe
20 x 2 leg raises
50 bicycle crunches
20 each side- side planks
and supermans
