didn't do my regular walking warmup, just started running. I ran down main street to the soccer field, down a side street and back down main street after Kivett road, ran all the way back to the house.
My lungs wern't used to the shock of cold air!! They must have gotten used to the dry humid air. oh well I went later than I thought, but its ok. At least I went running!
