Haven't ran hard in a while, so thought I'd give it a shot. Nice progressives with a 6:33 last mile. Felt pretty good throughout, until the very end when I noticed my hip acting up again. It appears that it only hurts when running fast, so I either have to get used to running slow or stretch more!!
