great Scripps Ranch 10K 6.14 mi 00:41 06:37 pace

PR'd by 10 seconds from last year's 10K. Started off a lot faster than I had wanted which resulted in positive splits compared to last year's race where I ran smarter. But I was able to gut it out and finish strong. Splits: 6:31, 6:46, 6:40, 6:49, 6:51, 6:15 (downhill), :42. Happy 4th of July all!!!
