My first brick workout in a long time, ran an easy 5 miles and then biked for 10. Actually planned to bike for only 5, but was listening to "Born to Run" on my iPod and couldn't stop! Listened to almost 10 chapters before I finally called it a day.
Can't wait for my long run to get to 'listen' to more of this super interesting book :)
