Sunday "Recovery" Run

Supposed to be a recovery run after yesterday's long run. I didn't want to bring my watch/HR monitor, but did anyways. Felt pretty good the first mile and was able to run faster each mile, and finish really strong (fastest last mile in a while). This was even better than a recovery run, happy Sunday!
Splits: 7:31, 7:13, 7:07, 7:12, 6:09


Now that's how to finish a run! Great run!
