Took yesterday off and pushed its workout for today: 5 miles, hard tempo run. I haven't ran fast in a while now, I was afraid I forgot how to. I was able to run pretty fast (negative splits!!), it felt really good to do so too! Splits: 6:36, 6:26, 6:19, 6:17, 6:03.
