good Longest Run Ever: 14 miles, ready for my half marathon! 14 mi 01:47 07:38 pace

I knew if I could do these 14 miles, I'd be set to run my first half marathon in 3 weeks! Had half a Clif bar before the run, and took a quick water break at mile 8 to wash down another bite, seemed to help. The run was pretty comfortable, I didn't try and push it since it was an easy run. I was definitely stoked about being able to run 14 miles though, I for sure know I will be able to do my half now, all I need to focus on is pacing!
