First day running with the Nike+. Took a while to calibrate, but was able to get started on the workout. This particular route is actually longer than I had first thought, which is great. I'm hoping my regular 4 mile route that I run during the week is accurate, if not longer, or else all my splits would have been slower than I actually thought!
Also biked to cool down, felt awesome as usual!


It's a great feeling to discover a route's longer than first thought, which means the pace was faster too.
