Sore from bball on Fri, so skipped Sat run. Good overall pace and strong finish. I was very pleased w/ this run :) Splits: 7:13, 7:20, 7:49, 7:09, 6:34. Avg HR: 174 bpm, 702 calories.

Um, it takes me a lot longer to get around that lake. Probably a good thing I am not planning to use you as a rabbit any time soon. Nice pace!!

Thanks for all the great comments! It was a really good run, matches my previous fastest time: http://www.dailymile.com/people/SDrunner/entries/169333. It felt like I got a second wind around the 4th mile, which is a first for me. Felt great!
