First time running mile repeats in years. Was able to hit pace (6:40) on the first two pretty easily. 3rd was hard, but handled the 4th: 6:39, 6:38, 6:39, 6:23.


Awesome repeats. I've never tried mile ones. Looks like a lot of fun. Way to crush the last one!

10 months agoSuper fast! I've been meaning to try these. I've never done mile repeats. They scare me a little bit.
10 months ago@Andy & @Jeffrey What type of repeats do you guys do? These were the ones I always did in high school and was very effective. True, they are pretty darn tough though, so yeah, @Steve it is something I love/hate!
10 months agoPhong, I have done only 800s (and not that much I must add). Mile repeats do sound like a love/hate workout.
