Nice. First time I broke 20 running these loops and well under too. Light drizzle helped. Pace was very fast (and consistent, which is also a first). Splits: mile1: 6:32, 159bpm; mile2: 6:42, 179bpm; mile3: 6:26, 189bpm. Avg hr:175, total calories: 386.

Thanks! It was one of those runs where I was on pace to break 20, but I wasn't sure how hard I had to push at the end to do it. But it worked out quite well.
