good Black Mountain Summit 7K Trail Race 4.34 mi 00:31 07:10 pace

1st in my age group, 7th overall. Happy and surprised at the same time, it was smaller turnout than expected (~200). Hills were HARD, but I was able to hang in there. It was cool bc they actually announced each finisher as they crossed the line, felt special :) I also had to leave the race early but after I got my results and medal, the announcer asked for my name and gave me a shoutout to the crowd. Loved it!!

It was an out and back: 18:19 uphill, 12:47 down
