Half Marathon Prep

Planned activity for the day fell through, so decided to go for a run instead, and glad I did. I have a half marathon planned next week, so i needed a long run in to ensure I can complete the distance. Got off to a great start and was able to hold on for the entire run. Feel very confident about next week, and dare I say, excited?!


Of course you can cover the distance, you have with great speed before. Which one are you doing?
