      Wow, you actually noticed! Yeah my 'training' runs are ridiculously slow. My body just can't seem to wake up in the mornings (compared to race day where I'm up for 1-2 hours before the gun goes off). I know some people actually sit down and have coffee before a run, but I just don't wake up early enough. It's out of bed and out the door within 10 minutes!
