    Wasn't motivated to do this one after a rough morning getting everyone out the door. Went well- probably more anger fueled than anything!

    Lower meramec trail 4 mi

    Longest run in a long time. Nice flat trail on a gorgeous day. Followed this up by teaching my son and the neighbor girl to ride two wheelers. These legs are tired!

      So great running four miles, well done and awesome showing the kids how to ride bikes, my kid and the neighbor kids are out playing frisbee right now, yayfor the great outdoors
