Back/Triceps and Rowing Machine 00:50

I did hips and then a back and triceps strength training routine followed by 5 minutes on the rowing machine before I had to pick up kid from child watch. I would have taken her to the pool for a little bit, but I'm still intimidated to do it on my own.
