Quaker State and Lube is the enemy of a good run. Both M and I were still feeling our Thursday pig out at the MiT social. Those hills are also tough, but I know it's good for me (like vegetables).

    Quaker Steak can be both evil and amazing at the same time for exactly that reason. Great job on those hills. It was nice to finaly meet you in real life today!
