My neighbors need to learn how to use a shovel. I guess it was good trail running practice? I'm also not sure that 3 days of eating out and Christmas treats was good fuel. Everything hurt.

blah Run 4 the Health of It 4 mi 00:47 11:46 pace
My Garmin says the course was short, but whatever (it says 3.85 miles in 47:08). It was disgusting outside and I actually got a migraine that started at mile 2. That was a new experience. Still,... read more

Great job! The weather is just brutal out there and sticking with it after the start of a migraine is tough indeed. Well done!

Another sunrise run. It hurts to run the day after weight lifting, but the muscle soreness is much better after.

I swore after the first mile that I would never eat Indian the night before a run again, but then I realized I was doing sub-12 miles. Great temperature this morning, even if I had some achy muscles.

I overslept and it was 79 degrees by the time I got outside. Ouch. I lost 1.5 pounds of fluid weight from this run. Still, not bad considering I ate my weight in homemade sushi last night.

Great job still getting out and getting that run in. Hydrate! But you now have me thinking about sushi.....mmmm

Great job getting out to explore and staying upright is a bonus. =) Hopefully the detox after Christmas will make it easier next time.
