  1. Since joseph is ragging me, I haven't run... in several days... and I'm OK with that! I have dropped 14 pounds though!!!! if that makes up for anything!

    Didn't have much time this morning. Got up late. Managed to get in a little bit though at a much faster pace than what I am used too and it felt realy good.
