Fern Lake Hike 4.2 mi 03:00 42:51 pace
Over 2000 vertical feet and absolutely gorgeous the entire way! We took it slow and easy and took tons of photos. My knee was killing me on the descent....thanks goodness for my hiking pole!

Dusty and windy in Bakersfield today...had to avoid the tumbleweeds! I don't remember it being like this when I lived here!

Includes stops and photo ops. 13% grade was the toughest for me.....but I did it. Whitmore Pool to Waterson Grade.

good Airport Walking 1 mi 00:17 17:00 pace
Used RunKeeper to make sure I got one mile in at the Phoenix airport. Needed 10 miles to offset all the food my mom made...well I should clarify....all the food she made thAt I ate joyfully!

great Evening walk in Goodyear AZ 3.5 mi 01:00 17:08 pace
John and I walked in my moms neighborhood...I had no idea so many spring training baseball diamonds were within walking distance. Beautiful night, huge full moon and perfect temperature.
