great Sunday night run 12.09 mi 02:06 10:25 pace

Had a really busy weekend so I was nervous about how this run would play out. Drove over 500 miles in two days and spent Sunday afternoon on the road. Its kind of hard to keep yourself hydrated for a run when you don't want to have to stop and pee every thirty minutes. Luckily (Unluckily?) it seems like we've pretty much skipped winter and gone straight into fall. Last week, it was so humid I had trouble catching my breath. Last night, it was so cold!!! Mainly just the wind after the sun had gone down. I had trouble breaking a sweat which annoys me!!! I really REALLY wanted to keep it at or under two hours but this time with 2 water stops (I accidentally set my car alarm off during one of them) and a 1 minute, calf stretch break midway through is okay...I guess :P Naaa I'm really happy with it. I felt strong the whole run, mentally and physically and it's the perfect attitude to have going into my 18 miler week. HUZZAH!!
