Nice job... but, try some stretching as well. I find with calf tenderness/tension that a good stretch of both the feet and the legs really helps!

Oh those are pure SEX! I wonder how they compare to the model they're replacing, the Green Silence?
Ben, you like the Connects? Really? I love the fit and the style, but those shoes are HORRENDOUSLY unstable. I've never seen a shoe intentionally engineered to rollover like the Titanic at the slightest touch. They are unbelievable. I rolled my ankle twice just walking around my condo.

Good call! Just cutting back on grease, salt and empty carbs will dramatically up your energy levels. Have you figured out that achy hip/leg thing? I know it was bugging the crap outta ya a few months back.

Glad to hear you're rededicating yourself to fitness. Those 1st few yrs outta college are rough! We all worked 80+ hrs, 6 days a week those first few yrs. It sucked but I wouldn't trade the experience & friendships built during that intense period. It'll shape you later in life. At your age sleep can suffer. But do try eating a proper meal, won't ya?

hahah It's not like I just jump non-stop. I try to do it in at LEAST 30 second spurts and don't usually go over a minute. The fun part is when you are all warmed up and can start trying different tricks. The not fun part is when you start getting tired and start whipping yourself when you mess up. It stings like a MoFo and then I usually swear and usually it's right when an elderly couple is walking by. Also, sometimes my ocd comes out in my running, hence the fooseball table.

Ok, that's good to know. I thought you'd suffered some kind of jump rope mental illness after reading, "and then jumped rope for a couple of hours". LOL. As for the cursing around the elderly, flailing yourself with the rope is considered an type of penance, right?
