    I can tell I'm getting stronger and it's only been three weeks back in they gym with weights! Always nice to start to notice some strength!

    That was harder than I would have liked. Ugh. Warm-up and cool down miles with a couple tempo miles in the middle. Man we can lose fitness quickly.

      Hey Mike! Running with Coach Jim's group on Saturday mornings at 8:00. Justin ran with them this past weekend too. We are training for Tacoma City Marathon on 5/5 (it's a point to point downhill course!!!) What are your miles at right now???

    Warmed up slow and then tried to push during the middle four miles. Felt pretty good, but hard.
