      Why are you out there running at all in this weather? Are you trying to kill yourself?
      Sorry I didn't get back to you about our "next race." Sarah and Evvy threw a wrench into my weekend - not necessarily in a bad way - and didn't do too much. Also, I'm burnt out on racing for a while.
