    great NYC Bridges 12 mi 01:40 08:20 pace

    Ran from prospect park across the williamsburg bridge and then to the brooklyn bridge and then back. felt pretty good over all. Getting ready for my ultra training!

    It was a good run minus the NYC humidity.... Fall is like SF here.

    Recovering from my first ironman! My knees felt good but my feet were a different story. The hike to Yosemite falls was more up hill then expected! The views of Yosemite valley eased my foot pain.
