    Had to run across town because the subway was broken but I made it onto the PATH just in time to meet my friends!

    My hamstring tightened up in the middle and had to get off and stretch after each mile. The speed might have been a little too fast for now but I'll see how I feel tomorrow.

    My 4th spinning class went great. I can really get into it and the workout on my legs I feel is really beneficial for recovery

    My ankle started to hurt in the middle so I had to get off. Resting the weekend to try to rest it. I've had this pain before but never had it stop me from running.

    No major soreness the next day and got tired towards the end but was able to pick it up and I'm getting faster and stronger every day

    Run went great! A little muscle soreness but was running 8 min/miles at the end and really pushing myself. Going to probably stay at this distance for a few more runs.
