I didn't have any energy for that race either. Wind was tough, but it was a beautiful day. Congrats on your first half marathon and a great time.

yeah, I finally got that program to work on my phone, I guess it was screwing up because I had it in my pocket and was getting bumped around too much. I held my phone today and the updates on pace and distance were a welcomed luxury..

You don't want to burn it up on your first half marathon because it makes it harder to break your PR on the rest.

    good 4.8 mi 00:36 07:30 pace

NIce, easy jog. I found another route by the house that is relatively traffic free, I need to do a long run..maybe tomorrow. I feel like I could run at this for a long time, time to find out.

  17. RUN
    good 5.5 mi

1 mile was pulling the boys on the sled in the snow, 2.5 miles were on the treadmill and two miles were on the bike at the gym. I hate the treadmill, looking foward to the roads being cleared...

I agree, great day to run! Yes, this was my longest run, I need to step it up a little if I'm going to be ready for the half marathon. Born to Run has got me interested in the Five Fingers... What do you think of them? Which model do you have?

I have the KSO. I like them for off road/grass, treadmill, or gym. They breath very well and as a result they do not provide any warmth. They provide great balance and fit nicely into my backpack when on the bike.
